Children

Our therapists offer individualized support for families including building evaluations, medication, executive functioning skills, peer skills, and emotional regulation skills.
We a providing parenting support and strategies, helping parents advocacy for school interventions and accommodations, and connecting families to our highly trained network of child psychiatrists for medication management.

Our therapists offer trauma-focused yoga, movement, art exploration and sand tray to promote emotional expression and exploration, and build self-awareness, confidence and coping skills.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a leading evidence-based model to treat OCD, phobias, panic disorders, anxiety and depression.

Each individual has their own sensory profile. This is the way they experience their surroundings from all five of their senses.
Our Occupational Therapist and Sensory Specialist Jenn Papp helps parents identify and understand their child’s unique sensory profile to come up with strategies to improve feeding and mealtime, dressing, transitions, classroom behavior and interaction with peers.

Play Therapy is an evidenced based treatment for children ages 3 and up. Children communicate and learn through play.
Our highly trained and trauma-informed play therapists use child-centered play therapy, sand tray and directives to help children build emotional self-regulation skills, coping skills, problem solving skills and confidence.
Play therapy is a wonderful modality for children experiencing anxiety and emotional regulation challenges, have developmental or language delays, and who are experiencing major transitions in their life such as divorce and grief.

Many of our therapists specialize in infant mental health and the Circle of Security program which builds a parent’s confidence and helps them to feel more connected and bonded with their baby.
This also includes attachment-focused therapy.
Adolescents & Adults

We work with adults who are navigating various challenges in their lives including anxiety, depressiona and self-harm.
We incorporate treatment models such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, self- compassion, expressive arts and mindful self compassion to decrease symptoms and increase coping skills for lifelong use.

We support individuals, families and communities through their grief journey. We offer children play therapy and expressive arts therapy to help them express and process difficult emotions. We also support parents and caregivers in supporting their child by providing parents with developmentally appropriate language and tools to promote open communication, attachment and healing.

All of our therapists are trauma-informed and trauma-trained. We work alongside individuals and families as they process and heal from trauma.

Our Couples and Family Therapist, Ieisha Dale works with couples to identify and express their needs and work toward common goals.
Services include Pre-Marital Counseling, Decoupling & Discernment Counseling, Domestic Partnership, and Infidelity Counseling.
We support individuals and families as they navigate the separation and divorce process.
Children can have many emotions during this time, including confusion, sadness, and anger. Our child-centered play therapy and expressive arts therapy gives children the tools to express their feelings in a healthy way.
Our parent support also provides parents with developmentally appropriate language and strategies to help their child during this time of major transition.

We are deeply committed to providing compassionate, inclusive and affirming care to adults of all identities, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community, non-binary and gender-diverse individuals and family structures. as well as people from various religious faiths and cultural backgrounds.

Families

We work with individuals and families in the perinatal and postpartum period. This includes navigating fertility, adoption,OCD, birth trauma, pharmacology and therapy, and parenting support.
We integrate mindful self-compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Repressessing), and pharmacology with Dr. Margo Pumar to help individuals manage and process the many feelings and experiences that come up during this time.

Parenting is hard work and often challenges parents to grow new skills with Positive Parenting, PCIT, SPACE, Circle of Security, Parent Coaching, and Parent Management Training.
We work directly with parents to understand their child’s unique needs and identify strategies that promote healthy family functioning.
This includes reducing power struggles, managing transitions and screentime, building healthy mealtime and bedtime routines, limit setting while building connection and attachment.
S.P.A.C.E. (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) Model: This model trains the parent to be the therapist. When parents have kids who are anxious or refusing to go to school, they often feel helpless and out of options.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children with behavioral problems. Therapists coach parents in practicing specific skills to increase parent/child connection and decrease challenging behaviors.
Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention

We offer family reunification services including court mandated reunification.
